A. This is not something Mercantec can assist you with. You need to contact your Service Provider (SP) because your access to PowerWebBuilder is through their server. They are the only people with access to your login information and will need to resolve this issue for you.
A. You must know your current password to change it. In the Office drawer, click the Security tab. Enter your current password in the Old Password field. Enter the new password in the New Password field. Reenter the new password in the Confirm New Password field. Click Change. Click OK in response to the confirmation message. Your password is changed.
A. When you complete your login to Power Commerce, the PowerManager screen opens. The link options available on the PowerManager screen are different based on whether you have a published site.
Click the "Create my site" link, available if you have not published your site, to open the Web Site Wizard.
