Q. 4-1: Where in PowerMarketing can I view my monthly invoice?

A. You cannot view your monthly bill in PowerMarketing. This is sent via e-mail once a month from Mercantec.

Q. 4-2  How do I upgrade/downgrade my service?

A. Follow the steps below.

To change your marketing service package

  1. After logging in to PowerMarketing, click the Account drawer.

  2. Click the Your Services tab.

  3. Review the over of PowerMarketing service packages on the screen.

  4. Click the Change Package button of the package you want to activate.
