Navigation

Q. 1-1 Why did the service display an error page while I was navigating the service?

A. You may have used the browser's Back and Forward buttons instead of PowerMarketing's Previous and Next buttons. To avoid this interruption, use the PowerMarketing buttons exclusively to navigate the site.

Q. 1-2 When I press the Enter key to select a submit button, the wizard closes?

A. To avoid losing your settings in a wizard, navigate through the screen using your mouse or the Tab key and submit your settings using the mouse.

Campaigns

Q. 2-2 The service doesn't accept my request for an opt-in e-mail campaign. Why not?

A. The value of your e-mail request may have been outside the range of $400.00 - $1000.00 (USD).

Q. 2-3 How can I modify the campaign I just created?

A. You cannot modify an existing campaign. Instead, you must replace it by stopping the existing campaign and starting a new one with the correct definition.

Storefront Issues

Q. 3-1 Ever since I changed my store's URL, I noticed that reports do not record continuing traffic or sales activity. Will I be able to retroactively capture this missing data?

A. You may not have updated your store's URL through PowerMarketing.  After you modify the URL in your PowerMarketing account, you then immediately begin collecting marketing data on the correct URL. There is no way to recover marketing data for the previous period.

Q. 3-2 Some of the reports do not seem to be tracking data accurately. Some of the HTML elements do not display properly on the storefront pages? Is PowerMarketing causing this?

A. No, PowerMarketing does not affect the content of your storefront's published pages.

However, if you introduce HTML formatting errors into your storefront pages, especially in your product pages, you may affect the quality of your marketing campaigns and reports.

Additionally formatting errors that are interfering with your marketing campaigns may also prevent your site from being viewed effectively by those with older or less-accepted browsers.
