Troubleshooting hints are organized in the following categories
A. You may have used the browser's Back and Forward buttons instead of PowerMarketing's Previous and Next buttons. To avoid this interruption, use the PowerMarketing buttons exclusively to navigate the site.
A. To avoid losing your settings in a wizard, navigate through the screen using your mouse or the Tab key and submit your settings using the mouse.
A. The value of your e-mail request may have been outside the range of $400.00 - $1000.00 (USD).
If your original request was valued less than $400.00, consider whether it is feasible to include a larger group or deferring until you have a larger pool of potential respondents.
If your original request was valued at $1000.00 or more, consider whether you can redefine the project as a set of smaller campaigns. (Can data be exported and merged together in Excel?)
A. You cannot modify an existing campaign. Instead, you must replace it by stopping the existing campaign and starting a new one with the correct definition.
A. You may not have updated your store's URL through PowerMarketing. After you modify the URL in your PowerMarketing account, you then immediately begin collecting marketing data on the correct URL. There is no way to recover marketing data for the previous period.
A. No, PowerMarketing does not affect the content of your storefront's published pages.
However, if you introduce HTML formatting errors into your storefront pages, especially in your product pages, you may affect the quality of your marketing campaigns and reports.
Additionally formatting errors that are interfering with your marketing campaigns may also prevent your site from being viewed effectively by those with older or less-accepted browsers.
