should be able to address any issues you encounter regarding the creation
and on-going maintenance of your site through Mercantec Power Commerce
Obtaining technical support through your SP has the following advantages:
Knowledge of your Power Commerce installation: Your SP installed the software and is maintaining the software on their system. They have access to the current user ID and password information to Power Commerce (until you change the password). As a result, they can address initial setup problems. If files are missing or corrupted in your installation, your SP representative is the ideal person to correct this situation.
Experience with Power Commerce: Your SP is hosting many other Power Commerce merchants like you and most likely has answered product questions similar to yours.
General Internet knowledge: Your SP may assist you with basic HTML questions or refer you to Web designers in your area who can customize the appearance of your site.
Support from Mercantec: As a result of partnering with more than 160 SPs, Mercantec works closely with SPs to provide them with effective product training and support. If your SP is unable to help you, your SP will contact Mercantec for assistance on your behalf.
