Use the Front and Back commands to layer elements.
In the Web Site drawer, click the Site Pages tab.
Select the element for which you need to change the display layer.
To change the display layer of an element do one of the following:
Click Back to place the selected element behind another overlapping element. For example, if one element contains a photograph of your pet and another element containing a graphic that looks like a picture frame is covering the photograph, you might want to move the frame behind the photograph to create a framed photo of your pet.
Click Front to place the selected element in front of another element when those elements overlap. For example, if one element contains a text link and another contains a button graphic, you might want to overlay the text element in front of the graphic element to create a link that looks like a button.
