Editing Styles

Refer to the table for text types that can be defined for use in PowerWebBuilder and additional text types available with Power Commerce functionality.

To edit a style

1. Select the text family for each text type.

2. Select the text size for each text type.

3. Apply text styles for each text type.

4. Save changes to the style.

To select the text family

1. Select one of the following Text Family choices to apply to the text type. The text family is the character style, also referred to as a text "font". The following text family options are available.

• Arial, Helvetica, san-serif

• Times, New Roman, serif

• Courier, New Courier, Mono

2. A sample of the selected text type is displayed in the Preview window.

To select the text size

1. Select the Text Size to apply to each text type. The text size describes the size of the characters displayed in increments called points.

2. The size of the sample text in the Preview window is changed to display the selected text size.

To select the text style

1. Click the check box next to each the Text Style attribute to be applied to each text type. The text style describes how characters in the text family will be displayed.

• Click Bold to display bolded, or strong, characters in the selected the text family.

• Click Italics to display Italicised, or slanted toward the right, characters in the selected text family.

2. The style of the sample text in the Preview window is changed to display the selected text style(s).

To save changes to a style

Save is available only when modifying a custom style. To save changes to a supplied style, create a new style.

1. Click Save.

To create a new style

You must create a new style to save changes to a supplied style.

1. Click Save As Custom Style.
