5 Add/Edit Pages screen

This screen lets you add a new page to your site and make changes to site pages you have already created. When adding a new page, you may select a predefined page or add a new blank page.

You can add as many pages to your site as you want, but you may use each predefined page, other than a New (blank) page, only once. Continue adding pages until your site is complete.

Add/Edit Page Options

To create a new page

  1. Select a predefined page from the Add a new page list. To add a blank page select the "New" page. Click Select.

  2. The content fields for the page appear in the Input/edit content for this page area.

  3. Click Select to specify an image to display on the page. A new window displays the Image Selection screen.

  4. Enter the requested content in each remaining field.

  1. Click Save to save your changes or Save & Add/Edit Another Page to save your new page, clear the content input/edit area, and select another page to add/edit.

To clear the unsaved contents of the current page

  1. Click Back. This takes you to the previous screen and clears the unsaved content of the current screen.

  2. Click Next to return to a cleared Add/Edit Pages screen.

To edit an existing page

  1. Select an existing page from the Edit an existing page list. Click Select.

  2. The contents of the selected page are displayed in the Input/edit content for this page area.

  3. Click Select to specify an image to display or remove an existing image from your home page. A new window displays the Image Selection screen.

  4. Edit the contents of each remaining field as necessary.

  1. Click Save to save your changes or Save & Add/Edit Another Page to save your changes and clear the input/edit area for the selection of another page to edit.

To delete a page

  1. Select an existing page from the Edit an existing page list. Click Select. Click OK in response to the confirmation message.

  2. The contents of the selected page are displayed in the Input/edit content for this page area.

WARNING: Before performing step 3, review the contents of the page to be deleted. The delete action cannot be undone. All page contents will be removed.

  1. Click Delete Page. The page is deleted.

NOTE: You must publish your site again to remove a previously published page from your existing site.

Add/Edit Page Field Descriptions

Add a new page: From the drop-down list, select the predefined page you want to add to your site. Except for New pages, as you select each predefined page, you move it automatically from the list of available pages to the list of pages available for edit.

Edit an existing page: From the drop-down list of created pages, select the page to be edited.

Input/edit content for this page: Displays the page name, fields, and contents of the selected page. This field changes dynamically based on the predefined page.
